Terms
Thank you, we value your business. Please review carefully. These terms govern our relationship.

- Your initial membership rate is guaranteed for 2 years.
- Term commitment: when you purchase a package you are committing to one year (your Initial Term), after which you can continue your subscription on a month-by-month basis at your then-applicable monthly rate.
- Growth-Drive is extending payment terms to you during your Initial Term for which you are liable in full.
- If available, after any annual period you may also renew for a year at the discounted annual price.
- Your membership is for your use and is non-transferable.
- Your membership includes the licenses described in our Terms of Service, including use of our marks and of the Clarity™ web-based analysis tool.
- Payments to third parties (for example for the Marketing Co-Operative) are governed by your commercial relationship with those third parties; Growth Drive LLC makes no warranties on their behalf and you recognize that Growth Drive LLC is not in an way liable to you for the acts or omissions of such third parties.
- Growth-Drive makes commitments relying on your membership: during your initial term you may cancel your membership at anytime, provided however that all unpaid membership fees shall immediately become due. You are liable for any and all costs of collection (including legal fees) incurred by Growth Drive LLC due to any non-payment.
- Business Advisor Peer Groups and Mastermind Peer Groups: you may however downgrade from Premium to Member on 90 days notice, delivered via email to support@growth-drive.com with a copy to george@growth-drive.com. After this 90 day period your membership fee will be reduced to the then-applicable base Membership rate.
- Payments are non-refundable unless and only if we do not deliver the promised product or service on time or within a reasonable time thereafter.
- These terms are included be reference with the Growth Drive LLC Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
