The Engagement Journey
After completing this Launch Booster participants will expand their ability to plan their engagements using Growth-Drive's methodology and tools, including discussion of value-based billing and appropriate fees.

Leveraging your Growth-Drive Online Community
The community has several millennia (!) of combined experience. After completing this class participants will have hands-on experience using the community forum to find subject matter experts, accessing online courses, cases, resources and tools, and more.

Execution Leadership System
After completing this class participants will have specific skills and tools for (1) discovering the depth a client's execution management system (script provided) and (2) helping clients understand the importance of deploying an EMS.

Flash Reports: Data with Accountability
After completing this class participants will have a tool and expertise for deploying a flash report creating accountability on key OKRs for Dimension 1 'Profits' and Dimension 2 'Growth' of the 3 Dimensions of Business Growth.
